Pecan Blend (bulk)

Our pecans are organic and small farm grown. This blend of pecans contains 5 different types of farm fresh pecans direct from the grower to us:

Stuart - med/lrg oval, heaviest shell
Seedlings- small/petite, round to slight oval
Mahan - long, finger like
Excel - similar to Stuart; but larger
Candy - large oval

Pecans are an excellent source of protein and contain carbohydrates and fiber. The fat found in pecans is mostly polyunsaturated and they contain no cholesterol. They also contain iron, calcium, vitamins A, B, and C, potassium and phosphorous. Our pecans have un-polished shells.
